Standard processing takes 2-3 business days. Depending on your location and order volume, transit typically takes 5-10 business days via our trusted freight partners.
Do you offer samples before placing a full bulk order?
Yes, we offer sample units for most of our home textile and small decor lines at a slightly adjusted rate, which is credited back to your account upon placing a full wholesale order.
What is your policy on damaged or defective home goods?
Claims for damaged items must be filed within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging to receive a full replacement or credit memo.
